The full TMJ survey consists of two scans. In the first scan the patient is positioned in natural occlusion and in the second, the patient’s mouth is open. Sagital and coronal views of the TMJ are provided as shown. Additional views illustrating the patient’s occlusion are also given. In the limited TMJ survey, only closed views are provided.
